What is a camt.052 account report?
Camt.052 is an electronic, XML-format bank statement that contains all the same account transaction details as a PDF bank statement – but in a machine-readable format.

How do I transfer the data to my accounting software?
You can transfer your account transactions from Holvi to your accounting software in two ways:
1. Manual download (camt.052 file)
You can download a camt.052-format file directly from the Reports page in Holvi and import it into the accounting software you use.
- Important: Always first check with your software provider that their software supports Holvi’s camt.052 report. Compatibility is key to a successful transfer.
2. Automatic transfer (Holvi’s bank connections)
This is the recommended and easiest way. When you enable a bank connection, account transaction data is transferred directly and automatically from Holvi to your accounting software.
- Note: When you use a bank connection, the data is transferred in the background in an optimised format that is directly compatible with the receiving software. This means that you do not handle a separate camt.052 file yourself at all; the data transfer is fully automated.
