If you need proof of a bank transfer sent from your Holvi account, you can easily download an official payment receipt.
You can only download payment receipts for bank transfers you’ve sent. For received transfers, ask the sender for their payment receipt. For card payments, the merchant provides the receipt.
How to download a Holvi payment receipt:
- Log in at Holvi.com
- Go to Accounts from the main menu
- Open the transaction
- Click Options in the top right corner
- Select Open payment receipt
- Download the PDF to your device
When should I use this?
A common reason for downloading a payment receipt is if the recipient hasn’t received the funds yet. The best course of action is to send them this official document, which contains the necessary details for their bank to locate and trace the payment.
Once we’ve sent the transfer, the recipient's bank is best positioned to track it. Therefore, it’s usually most effective to send the payment receipt to your recipient and ask them to forward it to their bank.
