When does Holvi start charging fees?
Your account begins to accumulate fees from the moment your identity and business are fully verified. We won’t charge any fees before this, as your account access is restricted until verification is complete.
What fees does Holvi charge?
Fees depend on your chosen plan and account activities. For a detailed breakdown of all possible fees, please see our official fee schedules.
How are my monthly fees paid?
On the first day of each month, we automatically deduct the previous month’s service fees from your main Holvi account.
Make sure your account has sufficient funds to avoid failed payments. We’ll notify you once the payment has been processed.
Where can I find my service fee invoices?
You can find a complete history of your invoices in your billing section:
- Log in at Holvi.com.
- Click the profile icon (top right) → Plan & billing.
- Scroll to see a full list of all your past fee invoices.
💡 Tip: Each fee payment also includes a copy of the invoice. You can find it in Transactions by searching for "Holvi fees."
What happens if an automatic payment fails?
If your balance is too low, the deduction will fail. You can resolve this by:
- Topping up your account via bank transfer or Instant Top-up. Once funds arrive, we’ll automatically deduct the outstanding fees within 24–48 hours.
A note on payments
Invoices are due immediately, so we charge the full outstanding amount – we don’t make partial deductions. If this fails, you’ll be prompted to pay your fees via bank transfer, as per the invoice instructions.
What happens if I don't pay on time?
If fees remain unpaid after two reminders, your account will be temporarily suspended. This blocks access to Holvi features and payments until the fees are settled.
How do I unlock my account after a late payment?
Unlocking your account is straightforward:
- Top up your Holvi account by making a transfer from another bank.
- We’ll automatically deduct any outstanding fees from your balance.
- Your account will be unlocked and fully functional within 24–48 hours of us receiving your payment. You will receive an email when the account is active again.
