Automatic payments: Simple and effortless
Typically, you don’t need to do anything — we handle the billing for you.
🗓️ When are fees charged?
Service fees are automatically deducted from your main Holvi account on the first banking day of each month for the previous month.
👉 Example: August fees are charged on September 1.
What if my account balance is too low?
No problem—we’ll notify you, and you can sort it out with one of two easy options:
⭐️ Option 1: Top up your Holvi account (recommended)
This is the easiest and quickest way to settle your fees.
- Add funds to your account using a bank transfer or an Instant Top-up.
- Once the funds arrive in your account, we’ll automatically deduct the service fee within 24–48 hours
- No further action needed
Option 2: Pay the invoice manually
You can also pay the outstanding invoice from another bank account using the payment details provided.
How to find your service fee invoice and payment details:
- Log in to your account at Holvi.com.
- Click the profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select Plan & billing from the menu.
- You'll find all your past and present service invoices on this page. Open the latest invoice to view its payment details (IBAN and reference number).
❗ Always use the correct reference number when paying manually. Each invoice has a unique one—using the wrong number may delay allocation.
