You can easily download your Holvi account statements in just a few steps. Holvi provides both standard (PDF/XLS) and machine-readable (camt.052 XML) formats to suit your needs.
Downloading a PDF or XLS account statement
- Log in through your browser at Holvi.com - desktop is recommended.
- Navigate to Reports from the main menu.
- Go to Account statement.
- Choose your preferred time period. You have three options:
- Custom time range: Select a specific date range (up to 12 months) under Choose a time range.
- Presets: Click Presets on the right-hand side to auto-fill a common date range (this quarter, last year, etc.)
- Monthly reports: Scroll down to quickly download a ready-made statement for any of the past 12 months. Easy peasy!
- Select a file format:
- PDF — Best for print-friendly or official copies. PDF files keep formatting consistent across all devices and are ideal for sharing documents that shouldn't be edited.
- XLS — Choose this for spreadsheets or data analysis. XLS files let you edit, sort, and analyse data using spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel.
- Download your file by clicking the appropriate button (PDF or XLS) on the right-hand side. The file will be automatically saved to your device.
Need a statement covering more than 12 months?
To download account statements from a longer period of time you need to download them in separate batches by adjusting the start and end date. The time frame between the start and end date cannot be over 12 months.
Downloading a machine-readable camt.052 account statement
Holvi also supports camt.052 (Cash Management messages) – a structured XML format commonly used by businesses with automated bank feeds or accounting integrations.
How to download an electronic camt.052 account statement:
- Log in to your Holvi account via Holvi.com.
- Go to Reports from the main menu.
- Go to Electronic account statement.
- Open the Camt.052 tab.
- Select your desired time period (set a custom time range or select a preset range).
- Click the XML button.
- The file will download automatically to your device in XML format, compatible with ERP systems and accounting tools that support SEPA-standard messages.
