If you need a new Holvi debit card — whether it’s a replacement for a lost card, or you simply need an additional one — you can order it directly from your Holvi account.
Ordering a new card
📱 In the Holvi mobile app:
1. Click the profile icon in the top right corner
2. Click Order card under My cards at the very top of the page
• If you already have cards, swipe left through them to find the Order card button
3. Choose your preferred card type:
• Virtual debit card – available for immediate use online
• Physical debit card – delivered to your home address
4. Confirm your delivery address (for physical cards)
5. Submit your order
💻 In your web browser:
1. Log in at Holvi.com
2. Go to Cards from the main menu on the left
3. Click Order new card in the top right corner
4. Choose your preferred card type:
• Virtual debit card – available for immediate use online
• Physical debit card – delivered to your home address
5. Confirm your delivery address (for physical cards)
6. Submit your order

Card pricing
You can check your pricing and any applicable card fees in the browser version by clicking the profile icon in the top right corner > Plan & billing.

Only current cards count toward the number of cards included in your package.
For example, if your plan includes 1 card and you've closed a previous one, you're eligible to order a new one for free.
Should I close my current card?
If you're replacing a card due to fraud, loss, or unwanted charges, make sure to close your current card before ordering a new one. This ensures no further transactions can be made using the old card details.
