đź’ˇ Holvi online stores are currently available only for Finnish customers.
1. Manage orders and sales
View your sold products and customer data in Holvi or download as Excel. Add extra questions for customers (e.g., size, allergies). After each sale, an order confirmation and attachments (e.g., digital products) are sent automatically. Mark orders as “Processed” via Home Feed or Online Store > Orders > open order > Options > Mark as Processed.
2. Sell digital products / downloads
To add digital products, go to Online Store > Items in your Holvi account. Select Add item, or click an existing item and click Options > Edit. Add the product details, and upload digital files under Media.
Max file size is 200 MB, uploaded individually. Supported formats: audio (MP3, WMA, OGG), e-books (PDF, EPUB, MOBI), images (JPG, TIFF, PNG, GIF), and compressed ZIP files.Â
Customers see “Download included”. After payment, they’ll receive an email with a download link.
Important: The link allows 3 downloads and is valid for 6 months. After 3 uses, the link expires.
3. QR codes
Send order confirmations with QR codes by ticking “Send a separate PDF file for each individual purchase”.
Get a list of QR codes via Sell online > Items > Select product > Orders > Export Excel.

5. Embedding products (iFrame)
You can sell your Holvi products directly on your own website or blog using an iFrame. This creates a "Buy" button or product card that directs customers to your Holvi secure checkout.
More information: How to add your Holvi online store products to your website using an iFrame
How does iFrame work?
Link individual products with no limit on iFrames. Copy the iFrame code above the product on your sales page and add it to your website. Clicking the image redirects customers to your sales page.
Note: WordPress typically requires a shortened iFrame code.Â
6. Tracking & analytics
Track the performance of your store by integrating professional marketing tools. Holvi allows you to track traffic specifically on successful sales pages (conversion tracking).
Google AdWords: Track ROI on your paid search campaigns.
Google Analytics: Monitor visitor behavior and traffic sources.
Facebook Pixels: Retarget visitors and track conversions from Facebook ads.
For detailed instructions on setting up specific trackers, please refer to the official support documentation for Google or Facebook.
