I sent money – but it hasn’t arrived in the recipient’s accountÂ
When you transfer money from Holvi, the transfer will be processed according to Holvi's cut-off times.
Holvi acts as the payment initiation service provider for international transfers. This means we can only control what happens before your money leaves Holvi. Once your international transfer arrives at the receiving bank, it may undergo further checks before being credited to your recipient’s account.
I’m expecting money – but it hasn’t arrived in my account
Was the transfer made from within the Single Euro Payments Area? Within SEPA, there are different ways of sending payments. Holvi supports SEPA credit transfers (SCT), also called STEP2 payments or bank transfers.
To receive money in your Holvi account, the payment should be sent as a regular SEPA credit transfer (STEP2 payment). If you haven’t received a payment, please ask the sender to get in touch with their bank and make sure the payment was sent as a STEP2.
If the payment came from outside the SEPA region and was sent via SWIFT, the sending bank will need to convert it to euros before it can arrive in Holvi. This may have an impact on the payment delivery timeline.
