💡 Holvi online stores are currently available only for Finnish and German customers.
After creating new items, you’ll need to publish them in your store. Go to Online store > Items and select the item you want to publish. Then click Options > Publish.
Add item details
You’ll be prompted to add item details, such as a name, description and price.
Next, fill in the following:
Choose an income category to automatically sort item sales into, and keep your books in order. Or create a new category, if needed.
Add a quantity if you have a limited number of products or services to sell – for example, event tickets or spaces in a class.
Add a special message or link to receipts that include this item.
Hide quantity (stock)
Check this box to hide remaining stock. Customer’s won’t be able to see how many items are available to buy.
Add QR code and separate receipt
Check this box to send separate PDFs for each item sold along with your receipt. Includes a unique QR code that can be used as an event ticket.
Apply shipping fees to this item
Add a shipping fee and restrict sales to regions with shipping fees configured. Note: Discount codes do not apply to shipping fees.
Add an image to represent your product or service. Accepted formats are PNG, JPG and GIF. Max size is 1 MB.
Choose where in your online store this item will appear. Create new sections to group your products or services.
Add checkout questions
Add checkout questions for customers to collect important information, such as their name, address or date of birth. Mark questions as optional or mandatory.
Add digital downloads
Add digital downloads as items to be sold. Your customers will receive a download link after purchase.
Accepted formats are music files (MP3, WMA, OGG), e-book formats (PDF, EPUB, MOBI), images (JPG, TIFF, PNG, GIF) and compressed zip files.
All new items also appear in your inventory.
