With Holvi, you can give your accountant direct access to your account to keep things running smoothly. The most common approach is to invite your accountant as an Editor.
To do this, go to Settings > Users > Invite user. They’ll receive an email with instructions for proceeding.
💡 Important
If your accountant already has a Holvi profile, make sure to invite them using the same email address and phone number linked to their existing profile. This helps avoid duplicate accounts and ensures everything runs smoothly.
The Editor role gives your accountant access to all the key bookkeeping information and the tools they need to manage your accounts, but they won’t be able to confirm payments themselves.
They can prepare payment drafts for you, which you can then review, confirm, and send when you're ready.
