There are four distinct user roles in Holvi.
- Creator (Account owner): Full control and legal ownership.

💡 About the creator
The creator is the current legal administrator of the account - not necessarily the person who physically created the account.
If your company structure changes, this role must be promptly transferred to the new decision-maker.

How to change the account creator
Because the Creator role involves legal ownership, it requires a specific verification process. The current Creator can be downgraded to an Admin or Editor after the transfer is complete.
