1. Who can order a card?
To order a Holvi Business Debit Mastercard, you'll need to be an Account creator or Admin. If you're the sole user of your account, you can always order a card.
If your account has multiple users, you can view everyone's user roles under Account settings > Users.
2. How many cards can one user have?
All Holvi plans include at least 1 Holvi Business Debit Mastercard®. Here is what's included in each pricing plan.

On all plans, you can add additional cards for an extra €3 /month each.

3. To which address will my card be delivered?
Your Holvi Business Debit Mastercard® will be delivered to the address you provide when ordering your card. Please make sure we have your correct home address.
To check your current address, log in at Holvi.com and go to Profile > Personal settings then scroll down to the Address section.
4. How long does it take receiving the Holvi Business MasterCard®?
After ordering the card arrives within 10–15 business days.

5. I haven't received my card, what should I do?
Standard delivery time for the Holvi Business Debit Mastercard is 10–15 business days. If your card hasn't arrived within this timeframe, please contact our support team at support@holvi.com.

6. I switched pricing plans and my card stopped working, why?
This is a rare situation. If you switched from Holvi Pro (3 debit cards included) to Holvi Lite (1 debit card included), it's possible one or more of your cards has been temporarily deactivated. To resolve this, please contact our support team at support@holvi.com.
7. I can’t withdraw money due to limits. Where can I get more information about it?

9. How can I lock my card?
You can lock your card on mobile or web.
On mobile 📱
- Log in on mobile
- Tap Profile in the top right
- Tap your card
- Lock and unlock your card
At Holvi.com 💻
- Log in at Holvi.com
- Go to Account settings > Cards
- Select the card you wish to lock
- Go to Options > Lock
10. I forgot my PIN, what to do?
You can check your PIN by going to Account settings > Cards then choosing your card and hitting Options > Show PIN.
Holvi will send a confirmation code to your mobile device. You can find more information on how to manage your Holvi card here.
11. I changed my PIN but it wasn't accepted when I tried to pay.
Some card terminals don't register a PIN change right away. In that case, we recommend using the card at an ATM. Go through the process until you've entered your PIN. You can cancel the session afterwards and don't need to withdraw any money.
12. How do I cancel my card?
No longer need your card? To cancel your card, please follow these instructions.
If you want to physically destroy your Holvi Business Debit MasterCard®, you can cut it in half (remember to also cut the chip too).
13. I noticed an unauthorised card transaction. What do I do?
